We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Team Administrator to provide essential administrative support within our dynamic team. The successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining efficient office operations, managing correspondence, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Duties

  • Manage and coordinate daily administrative tasks to support team functions
  • Handle incoming calls with professionalism and courtesy, maintaining excellent phone etiquette
  • Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take accurate minutes as required
  • Maintain and update records using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and QuickBooks where applicable
  • Perform data entry with precision, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
  • Support invoicing and financial record keeping through QuickBooks or similar programmes
  • Ensure the office environment remains tidy and organised at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in an administrative or clerical role, ideally within an office setting
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace applications
  • Experience with data entry and record management systems such as QuickBooks is desirable
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
  • Good typing speed with high accuracy levels
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly and professionally via phone and email
  • Familiarity with office equipment such as printers, scanners, and telephones
  • Previous experience in customer service or client-facing roles is advantageous
