Job Summary
- Develop leads and virtually assist in capital generation via revenue drive by working on timely set goals.
- Manage calendars, appointments, and scheduling for effective clientele growth.
- Handle emails, phone calls, chats, and correspondence professionally according to organisational structure.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and documents as required based on the tasks on execution.
- Coordinate virtual meetings, and follow up on corporate social responsibilities of the organisation.
- Manage training arrangements and get enrollments (where applicable)
- Maintain organized registration systems as suitable on the required services.
- Conduct targeted research and compile data for teams action plan.
- Assist with social media management and basic content posting (social media account with negative contents/post such as slander will not be accepted)
- Handle confidential information with professional discretion as applicable.
- Provide general support for clients and prospective clients.
