Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and energetic Supervisor / Trainee to join our dynamic team. This position offers a unique opportunity to develop management skills, gain supervising experience, and learn how to oversee daily operations in a vibrant coffee shop setting. The ideal candidate will be eager to grow professionally while supporting the team in delivering excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities
- Assist in supervising daily store operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company standards
- Support the management team in training new staff and coaching team members to enhance their performance
- Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through attentive service and problem resolution
- Help manage stock levels, inventory control, and cleanliness standards within the store
- Participate in team meetings, providing feedback and suggestions for continuous improvement
- Support safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Experience
- Basic understanding of management principles and leadership skills
- Previous supervising or team-leading experience is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
- Strong communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide others
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude
