Symetra is seeking a Platinum Support Specialist to join their Retirement Sales team, working remotely from the USA. This role provides concierge support on high-impact annuity applications, exceptional service, and opportunities for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Process high-impact New Business cases
• Follow up on not-in-good-order business and resolve issues
• Monitor existing cases and ensure smooth processing
• Partner with wholesalers to drive territory sales
• Assist with product inquiries, illustrations, and marketing materials
• Provide calling campaign assistance and launch new products
• Answer Sales Desk inquiries and service issues

Requirements

• Annuity application processing experience preferred
• Relevant customer service experience and strong communication skills
