We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting team operations, and ensuring smooth communication across departments. Key Responsibilities Administrative Support

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the team and management
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, and documentation

 

HR Support (Basic)

  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Maintain employee records in line with GDPR requirements
  • Support recruitment administration (interview scheduling, offer letters, contracts)
  • Assist with absence tracking and basic HR reporting
  • Act as a first point of contact for general HR queries

 

Customer Liaison

  • Act as a professional point of contact for customers and external partners
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely and courteous manner
  • Coordinate bookings, confirmations, and follow-ups
  • Maintain strong working relationships with clients and suppliers

 

Event Support (Occasional)

  • Assist with the coordination and administration of events
  • Liaise with suppliers, venues, and internal teams
  • Support event setup, logistics, and post-event follow-up as required
  • Attend events when necessary, including occasional out-of-hours work

 

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience in an administrative or coordinator role
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes and best practices
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
