We are seeking customer service representative, proficient in spoken English to join our global team. The experience in customer service of electronic devices or related fields is preferred. If you are a proactive problem-solver with strong communication skills, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities

• Provide counseling support via email, chat, and phone in English.
• Answer customer orders, returns, exchanges and other need accurately and efficiently.
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies in English, ensuring a positive customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner.
• Have a certain ability to withstand pressure, as well as the ability to reassure customers.
• Cooperation with team, good communication skill and strong learning ability.

Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• College degree or above, fluent in spoken English. (B2 level or higher)
• 1-2 years customer service experience.
• Working hours：Mon to Fri 9am-6pm (1-hour break, Saturday and Sunday off)
• Interested in 3C electronic accessories and knowledge of cleaning robots related field is preferred.
