About the role
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for answering customer service inquiries. They will handle customer requests with a focus on improving customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall experience throughout the organization. As a Customer Service Representative I, you will be responsible for contributing to the company’s success by delivering exceptional customer experiences and maintaining departmental service level targets.
What you’ll do
- Maintaining departmental service level targets
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Processing Orders
- Providing positive customer experience by maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional demeanor toward customers at all times
- Have basic product knowledge
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions, transactions and complaints
- Effectively communicate and collaborate with colleagues as necessary for a seamless customer experience
- Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong customer service and active listening skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to prioritize work and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills
- High school diploma
- A passion for customer advocacy
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Customer Service role
Work at home requirements
- Quiet and professional workplace free from noise (kids, pets, etc.)
- High speed internet access with minimum speed of 50 mbps
- A chair and flat surface or desk to work from
