What You’ll Do

• Serve as the first point of contact for customers via email and chat
• Handle and coordinate product-related inquiries with external stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve support processes and scalability
• Help develop and continuously improve the end-to-end customer journey
• Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and other teams to enhance customer experience

Requirements

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with diverse customer types
• Strong problem-solving mindset, proactively proposing solutions to issues
• Self-starter with adaptability and comfort working in a startup environment
• 2–3 years of experience in a customer support or similar role at a fast-paced startup
