We’re a fast-paced, remote company that’s passionate about delivering top-notch wild-caught seafood to households across the US. Our custom-built eCommerce platform and expertise in the Alaskan fishing industry set us apart.
The Role
As a Member Experience Specialist, you’ll be the face of Wild Alaskan, interacting with members and potential members, and embodying our values and mission. You’ll respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and build relationships with our members.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to inbound inquiries via live chat, email, and phone
- Maintain high member satisfaction and quick response times
- Assist with order issues, cooking, recipes, and account management
- Communicate with empathy and put members first
- Report on member behavior and bugs, and generate content
- Represent company values and mission in each interaction
- Participate in continuous improvement meetings and daily stand-ups
