We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Remote Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat platforms
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and account details
- Assist customers with troubleshooting issues and resolving complaints to ensure satisfaction
- Process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately using data entry skills
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions within CRM systems
- Follow up with clients to ensure their concerns are fully addressed
- Collaborate with team members to improve service quality and resolve complex issues

Experience
